1. Guarantee Overview
Abaro Shoes Malaysia provides a 30-day Quality Assurance Guarantee from the date of
delivery. This guarantee is designed to cover manufacturing defects only under normal
usage conditions.
This policy applies only to purchases made within Malaysia and from official Abaro sales
channels.
2. Official Purchase Channels
This guarantee is valid only for purchases made from:
• Abaro Official Website
• Shopee Abaro Official Store
• Lazada Abaro Official Store
• TikTok Shop Abaro Official Store
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
3. What is Covered
This guarantee covers verified manufacturing defects, including:
• Sole separation due to adhesive failure
• Loose or defective stitching
• Material defects such as premature cracking or peeling
• Faulty components such as buckles, straps, or eyelets
4. What is Not CoveredTo ensure fair usage and prevent misuse, this guarantee does not cover:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Water damage or excessive moisture exposure
• Improper care (e.g. machine washing, heat drying, chemicals)
• Cosmetic damage after use (e.g. scratches, stains, dirt)
• Size or fit issues after wearing
• Unauthorized modification or third-party repair
• Damage caused by external factors such as sharp objects, accidents, or excessive
force
5. How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
• Proof of purchase (Order ID, receipt, or invoice)
• Clear photos showing the issue (full view + close-up)
• Optional video evidence (recommended for faster review)
• Completed warranty claim form

6. Claim Process
1. Submit your claim via the official warranty form
2. Our team will review within 3–5 working days
3. If approved, return or exchange instructions will be provided
Important:
• Do not send any item before approval
• Unapproved returns will not be accepted
• Strictly no Cash On Delivery (COD) shipments
7. Shipping Policy
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for inspection
• Shipping cost is not refundable in cash under any circumstances
• Approved claims may receive Abaro website voucher only as shipping
compensation
• Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Abaro Shoes reserves the right to determine voucher value
8. Return & HQ Policy
In selected cases, customers may be required to:
• Return items to Abaro HQ via courier (instructions will be provided after approval),
or
• Visit HQ by appointment only via WhatsApp confirmation

9. Resolution Policy
If a claim is approved, Abaro Shoes will determine the appropriate solution based on
inspection results:
• Product replacement (same or equivalent model), or
• Store credit (Abaro website credit only)
• Abaro website voucher as shipping compensation for approved claim
Abaro Shoes reserves full discretion in selecting the final resolution method.
10. Product Condition Requirement
Returned items must:
• Be in reasonably clean condition
• Not be heavily damaged due to misuse
• Be suitable for inspection
Abaro Shoes reserves the right to reject items that are not suitable for evaluation.
11. Important Conditions
• Warranty is limited to one (1) claim per order only
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date
• Warranty claims suspected of misuse, fraud, or abuse may be rejected
• Abaro Shoes reserves the right to reject non-qualifying claims
• All decisions made by Abaro Shoes are final
12. Limitation of Liability
Abaro Shoes Malaysia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages, including loss of time, loss of use, or loss of profit arising from product defects or warranty claims.

Abaro Shoes reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without
prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
14. Privacy & Marketing ConsentBy submitting a warranty claim, customers agree that their information may be used for:
• Warranty processing and communication
• Customer service support
• Product and business improvement
Customers may opt in to receive marketing updates and promotional content from Abaro
Shoes.
15. Final Clause
Abaro Shoes reserves the right for final decision on all warranty claims.
